Detachable Plus Door DTH

A convenient combination of detachable machine hatches and swinging doors.

The detachable machine hatch is used for large openings that are only utilized a few times a year or once every few years, but it is a convenient blend door when, due to the room layout, there is no choice but to place a door for people to enter and exit in that specific location, or when there is a desire to install a door for that purpose. Structurally, a hinged door is attached to either end. The hinged door can be removed from the hinges if opened more than 90°, allowing it to be positioned as a machine hatch when considering the opening dimensions, thus ensuring a large opening.

A machine hatch for large machinery entry and exit that also serves as a regular door.

It is a dual-purpose machine hatch for the entry and exit of large machinery and a regular door. When bringing in or taking out large machines or equipment, removing the ramp panel allows for the necessary opening for entry and exit. An opening of a certain height is required for the entry and exit of tall machines. However, since it is usually used as an entrance for people and carts, a very large door is not necessary. Additionally, if it is to be used in a clean room, having a door that is too large can cause significant airflow changes when opening and closing, which is also a problem. In such cases, the DTV40 with a detachable machine hatch at the top of the swinging door is convenient. This door combines the advantages of the swinging door DR40 and the detachable machine hatch TH40, making it a truly "handy" door unique to Sanwaise.
